5th International Symposium on Laser-Ultrasonics and Advanced Sensing LU2016
From July 4th to 8th, 2016 at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria.
The symposium is dedicated to present the latest scientific results, methodological and technological advancements related to Laser-Ultrasonics. Researchers from academia and industry are invited to participate and exchange their knowledge on Laser-Ultrasonics and Advanced sensing.
Call for papers
Topics that will be covered in the conference include:
- General Laser-Ultrasonics
- Laser-Ultrasonics for NDE & industrial applications
- Instrumentation and advanced sensing
- Photoacoustics and biomedical applications
Authors of oral or poster presentations are kindly requested to submit a 1 page abstract by no later than January 29th, 2016. Please use this template.
Exhibition
The accompanying exhibition provides an excellent contact platform and opportunity to get informed about the latest developments. Moreover, a special “Industry Day” will be introduced in LU2016 for the first time, in order to transfer knowledge about Laser-Ultrasonics to potential industrial appliers.
Award
A Young Scientist award, sponsored by Tecnar, will be presented to the best papers contributed by students. A jury, consisting of international renowned scientists will evaluate the presentations/posters.
