First Announcement

The Organising Committee is very pleased to announce the Joint IMEKO International TC3, TC5 and TC22 Conference 2014 in the fields of Mass, Force, Torque, Hardness and Vibration metrology which will be held in Cape Town from 3 to 5 February 2014.

The conference is hosted under the auspices of IMEKO, the International Metrology Confederation and is open academia, researchers and engineers with a keen interest and new ideas in metrology relating to the fields of Mass, Force, Torque, Hardness and Vibration.

The conference aim is to provide a platform for the presentation of research that deal with recent advancement in consideration of the highest measurement accuracy obtainable in these fields, as achieved by NMI’s and other interested parties.

Topics

The conference is aimed at all metrology related research work, relating to the advancement of calibration and measurement techniques (procedures) in Mass-, Force-, Torque-, Hardness- and Vibration Metrology as well as uncertainties of measurement in these fields.

Call for Papers

Papers describing original works within the scope of the conference are invited to participate. Summary papers in DOC and PDF formats should be submitted through the conference web page. Additional information on submitting a paper can be found by clicking here.
