We announce with pleasure that the 21 IMEKO TC2 Symposium on Photonics in Measurement will be held from 16 to 18 September 2013 in Gdansk, Poland. Our 1000-year old city is beautifully situated at the mouth of the Vistula River and will provide you access to numerous monuments, marvelous sights and other attractions.
The symposium - a professional conference which takes modern optical and photonic measuring techniques as its core - is organized by the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunication and Informatics of the Gdansk University of Technology in co-operation with IMEKO TC2.

In recent years photonics technologies and solutions are widely implemented in measuring and testing because of their flexibility, reliability and contact-less nature. We intend to provide a forum for the discussion about the latest research in optical measurement techniques.

IMEKO TC2 2013 will provide an intercommunion platform to communicate the newest interested science or technology for all attendees, researchers and experts from all over the world.

You are warmly welcomed to participate in this event and any of your contribution to IMEKO TC2 2013 will be appreciated.
